COOL-GREASE™ (CGR7018) 1.0 Ounce Jar

COOL-GREASE™ (CGR7018) is a reworkable, aluminum nitride filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive paste which exhibits outstanding thermal transfer in comparison to most adhesives. The non-curing nature of CGR7018 makes it ideal as interfacial compound for thermal transfer for power devices and heat sinks. With one of the highest thermal conductivity and lowest thermal interface resistance among all thermal greases, CGR7018 have been proven as the standard in providing system thermal resistance of 0.06ºC/W-sq.in. with nominal increase for thickness.

CGR7018 is the same material previously sold under Laird part number TG-005.
